Using Jenna

What Jenna does, and what stays with you

Does Jenna replace my tax prep software?

No. Your tax software prepares the return. Jenna helps with what comes after: IRS notices, transcripts, penalty relief and collections.

What can Jenna do?

Jenna reads IRS account transcripts, drafts letters to the IRS and state agencies, lays out a plan of action for a case, sorts bank statements, and answers tax questions.

Do I still check the work?

Yes. Jenna does the first pass, and you make the calls. Check every date, figure and cite before anything goes to the IRS or your client.

Where do Q&A answers come from?

Answers list the web links they used. Open the source and read it before you cite it.

Your clients' data

What happens to your clients' details

What does the AI see?

Your work, with identifiers as placeholders. Dollar amounts and dates stay, so the math works.

What gets swapped out?

On Jenna's own servers, people's names, Social Security numbers, bank account numbers and other identifiers become placeholders before any AI call. Real details come back in the answer you see. If the check cannot run, nothing is sent.

Can I see what was found before it's sent?

In Q&A, Letter Drafter, Financials and transcript PDFs or images, yes. You see what was found before anything is sent. The security page lists what is swapped and where the scan can miss.

Do I still need my client's consent?

That decision is yours and your advisor's. The security page shows what Jenna sends and to whom.
