Features

Jenna does the first pass. You make the calls.

Jenna handles the reading, sorting and first drafts on IRS problem cases. Identifiers like people's names and SSNs are swapped out before anything reaches the AI.

The tools

Tools for the work that comes after the return.

Transcripts

Upload an IRS account transcript. Jenna works out the balance and collection status with fixed rules, estimates the collection deadline for each assessment, and flags liens, levy notices and holds.

Good to know Deadline dates are estimates from that one transcript. Confirm them with the IRS before you rely on them.

Letter Drafter

Pick the agency, describe the situation, and get a draft on your firm's letterhead, such as a First-Time Abatement request. Letters can go to the IRS, the California Franchise Tax Board or another state agency. Real client names go back into the draft.

Good to know Check every IRM or code cite before you sign. The drafter does not check them for you.

Plan of Action

Type the client's situation and pick the issue. Jenna lays out phases, tasks and risks with dates, and names who owns each task: you, the client or either. Then ask follow-up questions about the plan.

Good to know The plan works from what you type. It does not read the transcripts you uploaded.

Financials

Upload a client's bank statements. Jenna reads the transactions, sorts income and expenses, and builds a month by month picture you can export. Change a category once and Jenna remembers that vendor next time.

Good to know Jenna uses a PDF statement only when its transactions add up to the printed ending balance. If they do not, it stops and tells you why.

Q&A

Ask a tax question in plain words. Switch to IRM Search to aim the question at the Internal Revenue Manual. Answers list the web links they used.

Good to know Open the source and read it before you cite it. Answers are the AI's reading, and what you send stays your call.

Your clients' privacy

Identifiers are swapped out before any AI call.

On Jenna's own servers, people's names, Social Security numbers, bank account numbers and other identifiers become placeholders. Real details come back in the answer you see. If the check cannot run, nothing is sent.

In Q&A, Letter Drafter, Financials and transcript PDFs or images, you see what was found before anything is sent.
